We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
  • Personal care products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company (posting times vary).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
  • For higher‑value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
